• Court & Lesson payments are required prior to play.
• Court & Lesson cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours prior or full charges apply.
• Tennis shoes ONLY permitted on courts.
• Shirts must be worn at all times; wearing only a sports bra or playing shirtless is not allowed.
• Proper etiquette, respect of facility, courtesy to other players, and proper language is expected at all times.
• Use of courts prior-to or beyond assigned times is subject to charge.
• Adult members may reserve courts up to exactly 7 days in advance.
• Junior members are on a same day reserve basis.
• Use of courts for play-purposes only. Four (4) players maximum per court 
• Tennis instruction ONLY by club-approved, certified USPTA/PTR staff.
• Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule court-time for any reason deemed appropriate per sole discretion of management.
• Food and beverage consumption in PARTY ROOM Only.
• Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• We are a No Smoking & No Pets facility.
• Mechanized or self-powered ball-machines are prohibited.
• Soliciting is not permitted - Club reserves all rights to all sales & services.

All play is at your own risk and Player(s) represent that he/she is in good physical health and has appropriate medical insurance in the event that medical attention is required as HRC Does Not Carry Primary Medical Coverage.
